Q How do I pay for my products purchased?
A All major credit/debit cards are accepted. We now also accept PayPal. 

Q Where do you deliver?
A If we receive your order by 2:30PM, and the delivery address is UK mainland, it will be delivered withing 1-3 working days. We use FedEx as our delivery agent.

Q Am I able to collect my goods from you?
A Yes you can collect your goods from our warehouse in Wrexham, North Wales. Please call before turining up at our warehouse.

Q What happens if I am out when you deliver?
A Deliveries take place between 9am and 6pm on working days. We ask that you arrange for someone to be available to accept the delivery. However, if this is impossible, you can contact the carrier using the details on the card that will be left.

Q How can I contact you if I have a question?
A Our customer service team are on hand Monday-Friday 9am-5pm - 08448 700 124. Alternatively email us and we promise to reply the same day sales@advance-enterprises.co.uk.

Q Can I return a product if it is faulty?
A Yes,  you can return your product within 14 days of purchase if it is faulty.

Q How secure is your website?
A We take online security very seriously and we use SagePay to process all payments online to ensure the security of all sensitive credit card details. Our web servers are also certified by GeoTrust which offers 128bit encryption, so nobody can obtain your confidential information. We are also PCI DSS Compliant via SecurityMetrics

Q What will you do with my personal details?
A Your details will not be passed on to any other company. You may receive periodic emails from us informing you of Advance Enterprises Uk offers that may be of interest to you, or you can choose not to continue to receive these emails from us at any time.
