Our Technical consultants have a combined knowledge of more than 50 years experience in setting up production units both in the UK and worldwide sewing manufacturers.
This experience has been gained from manufacturing factories such as Velmore Fashions, Delta Textiles, Bentwood Brothers Plc, Bairdwear, Coats Vyella, Courtaulds etc.
They have also been involved from the supplier side of the industry with companies such as Advance, Pegasus, Juki, Brother, Pfaff, Vibimac, Sunstar, just to name a few. Delivering training courses and consultation on all the above products.
The Advance technical training courses are intended to give you direction in identifying problems at the needle point for various types of machines that are currently in use for your ever changing styles. Modern manufacturing requires quick response techniques, which have various starting points.

We also offer a consultancy roll working with design teams to help identify any make up problems at the concept stage of the garment construction, by offering our knowledge of the latest machinery and techniques on the market today. We can ensure the correct type of machine is used and new ideas and practices are implemented right at the start.
